The mangrove islands and Everglades of southwest Florida are Justin’s native habitat; but having guided here in the San Juans since 2020 – these shorelines feel like home as well.

Justin has been around a little longer than most guides you’ll find and his work experiences reflect that. He has played and coached soccer professionally, worked as a commercial fisherman/crabber amongst other adventures, and was a schoolteacher for 14 years. Justin has been bouncing back & forth seasonally between here and the Everglades for 5 years, and has also guided kayak trips in Oregon and other FL locations. He’s got a lot of stories to share!

The common thread on all of of that is that Justin loves to immerse himself outdoors and share his love for everything nature, history, and just plain having-a-good-time.
