Duration: 3 day | Length: 32 miles | Season: May – September > Our favorite San Juan Island overnight sea kayak trip takes us through prime orca whale habitat to picturesque Stuart Island – accessible only by boat. We spend 3 glorious days kayaking and hiking — we’ll enjoy the views, fabulous cuisine, bottled wines and great company.
Duration: 4 day | Length: 40 miles | Season: June – September > An expedition-style sea kayak trip that encompasses the scenic outer islands that ring San Juan Island! Whales, harbor seals and bald eagles coupled with our dynamite camp cuisine and “picture perfect” waterfront campsites is an unforgettable Pacific Northwest vacation.
Join our naturalist guides for a fun, informative two day sea kayak tour on the west side of San Juan Island. San Juan County Park will be our base camp as we kayak Haro Strait between Vancouver and San Juan Island, the heart of the best whale habitat on the west coast for seeing Orca whales.
Join us as we explore the best San Juan Island has to offer by kayak, foot and van. The trip also features an overnight kayak tour with a visit to Yellow Island – a scenic jewel owned by the Nature Conservancy.
